Noah's Ark Early Years
Noah’s Ark Early Years is a warm, community‑focused Early Years Education setting located in the heart of the Priors Park community in Tewkesbury. As part of Aspire Foundation, we provide high‑quality childcare and a nurturing learning environment for children aged 2–4. Our strong links with Queen Margaret Primary School help us support smooth transitions and build meaningful relationships with families across the local area.
A Bright, Stimulating Environment for Early Learning
Our setting features one bright, spacious, and welcoming room with free‑flow access to a fantastic, recently renovated outdoor area. Children enjoy plenty of space to run, explore, and play, as well as a dedicated area for digging, planting, and encouraging wildlife. These carefully designed spaces offer a stimulating and inviting environment where children can learn through play, curiosity, and hands‑on experiences.
We also have access to the adjacent school playing field, adventure playground, Forest School, and outdoor classroom within the grounds of Queen Margaret Primary School. These opportunities enrich children’s learning and support physical development, teamwork, and a love of the outdoors.
Additional on‑site facilities include a Sensory Room connected to the main classroom, offering a calming, supportive space for emotional regulation and sensory exploration.

Rachel
I knew from being a young girl that I always wanted to work with children. After finishing school, I completed my NNEB and continued to grow in my own learning and have a degree in Early Years. I have been an Early Years Lead at Noah's for just over 2 and a half years, working at Noah's is like being part of a family, everyone is very supportive. My passion is providing the children with varied learning opportunities and then observing the children in my care grow and be confident learners. I have 2 children and 3 dogs that keep me on my toes. I love to walk and go to the gym.

I have worked in early years for almost 13 years, and at Noah's for just over 2 of these. I trained in performing arts, and love bringing storytelling and music into my practice. The sense of community at Noah's is something special, and I love being part of it. I have 3 children and when they are not keeping me busy, I love reading, walking and watching films.

I am currently coming to the end of my level 3 apprenticeship. I really enjoy working at Noahs, as all of the children have great characters and I love working alongside them and watching them learn and grow. I am creative and enjoy doing crafts at home and listening to music.
As part of Aspire Foundation, our team receives ongoing training to ensure we deliver the highest standards of childcare and early learning.
Our Space & Mixed‑Age Learning
At Noah’s Ark, we are one big family. Children aged 2, 3, and 4 years play naturally together in one shared room, creating a unique and enriching mixed‑age environment. This approach benefits all children:
-
Older children consolidate their learning by demonstrating and explaining ideas.
-
Younger children are exposed to more advanced vocabulary, social skills, and problem‑solving.
-
Children learn from one another, building confidence, empathy, and independence.
Children move freely between the carefully planned indoor and outdoor learning environments, and outdoor play is a much‑loved part of daily life. Our setting also works closely with outside agencies, ensuring strong partnership working and tailored support for children and families.

Outdoor Learning & Forest School
Outdoor learning is central to our approach at Noah’s Ark Early Years. With access to the Forest School, adventure playground, and outdoor classroom, children experience nature‑rich activities that support resilience, curiosity, and problem‑solving. These opportunities enhance the Early Years curriculum and help children develop a lifelong love of the outdoors.
