Our Early Years

Our aim is to support children, families and communities to aspire and achieve

Every child deserves the best possible start in life, and Aspire Foundation Early Years provides high‑quality early education and nurturing care to help children thrive, be happy and reach their potential.

We offer Early Years education at four centres across Cheltenham and one in Tewkesbury. Our settings are warm, nurturing and well‑resourced, with highly trained staff who specialise in developing children’s communication and language skills. Children enjoy rich learning experiences in stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.

A Child’s Wellbeing at the Heart of Our Provision

We pride ourselves on promoting each child’s happiness alongside their learning and development. Our environments are welcoming, inclusive and designed to inspire curiosity and confidence.

Children have opportunities to:

  • explore and follow their own interests

  • build on what they already know

  • develop independence and a sense of belonging

  • enjoy play‑based learning linked to the EYFS

  • flourish in a safe, nurturing environment

We offer a balance of child‑led exploration and adult‑guided activities that support children’s holistic development.

Our Staff and the Key Person Approach

Our staff are qualified, caring and committed to putting the child first. We value the strong relationships we build with families and encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s learning.

Each child has a key person who:

  • builds a close, trusting relationship

  • monitors and supports their progress

  • plans for their individual needs

  • helps them feel secure and confident

  • prepares them for their transition to school

We use the online learning journal Tapestry to share observations, photos and updates with families.

Inclusion and SEND Support

We provide the best possible care and educational opportunities for all children, including those with disabilities or special educational needs. All our settings are accessible and equipped with appropriate facilities. We work closely with families and professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
