Aspire Foundation is committed to delivering safe, high‑quality Early Years education and family support services across Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas. Our policies and procedures ensure that children, families, staff and visitors are protected, supported and treated fairly. All policies are regularly reviewed and updated in line with statutory guidance, Ofsted requirements and sector best practice.
Safeguarding & Child Protection
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is central to everything we do. We provide environments where children feel secure, are encouraged to talk and know they will be listened to. All staff receive regular child protection training and are confident in identifying concerns, responding appropriately and working in partnership with external agencies when required.

Our Early Years policies support high‑quality practice across our nurseries and Children & Family Centres. They promote children’s learning, development, inclusion and wellbeing, ensuring that our provision meets statutory requirements and reflects current Early Years best practice.

Health & Safety
We are committed to providing safe, healthy and well‑maintained environments for all children, families, staff and visitors. Our Directors and Leadership Team take responsibility for ensuring that Health & Safety standards are met across the organisation. Risk assessments are carried out regularly, control measures are implemented and systems are continuously monitored and reviewed.
Data Protection & Privacy
To operate effectively, Aspire Foundation collects and uses information about the children, families, staff and partners we work with. All personal data is handled securely and lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that staff and volunteers understand their responsibilities and receive appropriate training in data protection and information security.
